The hotel is ideally located near the historic centre, parks, palacios, churches, museums and winding streets. the spacious rooms are spotlessly clean, with modern and comfortable furniture, soft mattress cover, and wheelchair accessibility. the staff is friendly, polite, and helpful, providing excellent service. There is a nice balcony with a bar, a small garden area with a pool for relaxing, and fresh and tasty food is always available.
The sound insulation between rooms is very poor, making it difficult to relax completely.

The first receptionist who check us in was not very friendly but other receptionists and hotel stuffs were very attentive and so kind. We only had a light meal at the hotel but the food was very delicious. The hotel is new and modern and well designed.
Only the location. A bit far from the city center and hard to find. The city itself is not very attractive.

I absolutely loved staying at this place! The location was perfect for exploring the town, as it was near the historic center and just a short walk away from the plaza mayor where there are lots of tapas bars. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were pleasant and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room amenities were fantastic, with a mini-bar, free toiletries, an am/fm alarm clock, and a flat-screen TV. The room itself was comfortable and nicely decorated, with a beautiful parquet floor. The dining options were also great, with delicious food served by the attentive staff. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and free Wi-Fi, were a bonus and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
If you're looking for a family-friendly hotel that offers excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a range of amenities, this is the place for you. I highly recommend it for anyone planning a visit to this town.

Great position in the city centre near good restaurants and shops and we had a friendly greeting from the reception staff. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a city break. Loved being able to dip into the pool for a refreshing swim, and being able to borrow a bike was a great way to explore the city.
From start to finish, there was a lack of attention to detail, which really affected our stay. The room was supposed to be ready by 2 pm but we had to wait until 4pm to get in;

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. My thanks, especially, to Francisico for escorting me to the parking and giving directions to the facility were I was conducting business.
Breakfast was relatively basic, though adequate. Consequently I fell it could be included in the daily rate and not as an extra.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during my entire visit. The location was perfect, with easy access to the town's main attractions. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the pool area and modern wet-room. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. it was a fantastic experience.
Can’t fault the property in any way.

The rooms were clean and well equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. the location was central and easy walking distance to many attractions. the pool was a great bonus with sun beds and shaded areas to relax in.
The staff were not very friendly or helpful throughout the weekend, which was disappointing. the food was not very good and did not meet our expectations.
